MP News: The first decision of the Civil Defense Code 2023 has come out in the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The High Court has directed the police to take action under the new law on the complaint of the petitioner. This petition is related to making objectionable remarks on Katha Vachak Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri.

Amish Tiwari, a resident of Narsinghpur, has filed a petition in the High Court demanding action against Gurusharan Sharma under the Civil Defense Code. The petition states that Gurusharan Sharma is constantly making objectionable comments on Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri.

The police has not taken any concrete action in this case. The High Court has directed the police to register an FIR on the complaint of Amish Tiwari and if the FIR is not being registered, then a proper reason should be given so that the complainant can come to the court.

In fact, a petition was filed in the High Court on behalf of Amish Tiwari, a resident of Narsinghpur, in which it was said that a saint named Gurusharan Sharma is continuously making objectionable comments on his idol and guru Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri. This is also being propagated extensively on social media. Gurusharan Sharma’s statements are not only insulting his guru, but his faith has also been hurt.

Advocate Pankaj Dubey, on behalf of the petitioner, demanded action against Gurusharan Sharma under the Civil Defense Code. The petition said that Amish Tiwari has also complained about this in Narsinghpur police station but the police did not take any concrete action on his complaint. The petition said in the High Court that there is a provision in the new law Civil Defense Code that the police will have to take action within 14 days after the complaint or the complainant will have to give the reason for not registering an FIR.

Now under the new law, the police should take action on the complaint of the complainant. After hearing the arguments raised in the petition, the High Court has directed the police to register an FIR on the complaint of Amish Tiwari and if the FIR is not being registered, then a proper reason should be given so that the complainant can come to the court.
