New Delhi. Golgappa or Panipuri is one of the most sold street foods in our country. But, many people shy away from tasting it only because they do not like the way Golgappa is served. The Panipuri seller dips his hand in the pot to fill water in the Golgappa. This is the only thing that irritates some people. Now there is a solution to this. A company called E-Panipuri Cartz has made a machine that automatically fills water in the Golgappa. For this, one just has to take the Golgappa under the machine.

This machine made by the e-panipuri cartz company incubated from IIT Kanpur costs three thousand rupees. Apart from this machine, the company also makes modern panipuri cartz. According to the company’s website, the carts made by it are automatic and in the process of making golgappas, hands do not touch any material.

Operates from a mobile app
Harish, the founder of E-Panipuri Cartz, hailing from Bihar, is an IIT alumnus. He says that golgappas are the most consumed street food. That is why he thought of making this machine. He incubated his idea from IIT Kanpur in 2021. IIT Kanpur has prepared this machine with the help of Internet of Things and cloud server. This machine can be operated from anywhere with the help of a mobile app. Apart from this, it can also be operated manually. The machine can not only be turned on and off from the mobile, but cleaning and setting of the cooling level of the water stored in the golgappas can also be done.

Fills water with the help of sensor
A sensor has been used in the machine to fill water in the golgappa. The water starts filling as soon as the golgappa is taken under the machine. The machine stops pouring water automatically as soon as it is completely filled. The amount of water in the golgappa can also be set with the help of the app. This means neither you have to put your hand in the water nor is there any wastage of water. The portable machine costs three thousand rupees.
