MP News Tribal woman from Mandla gangraped in Indore case registered ann

Madhya Pradesh News: A case of gang rape of a married woman from Mandla by two people has come to light in Ujjain. On the complaint of the woman, the Panwasa police station has registered a case and arrested two accused. Due to the poor financial condition of the woman and her family, the police also helped them by providing essential items.

Ujjain SP Pradeep Sharma said that the tribal woman from Mandla had come to Indore with her husband in search of work. Due to losing their mobile in Indore and not finding any acquaintance, both of them came to Ujjain. In Ujjain, they met a person who assured them of getting them a job as a watchman in the fields. He took both the husband and wife on his motorcycle to the forest of Tajpur.

The woman was made to stay in a room on the farm and her husband was sent to the shop to buy groceries. Meanwhile, taking advantage of the situation, the miscreant, along with one of his companions, gang-raped the woman. After this incident, the victim woman reached Ujjain’s Panwasa police station and informed about the incident in her own language.

The woman’s language had to be translated
The policemen and officers could not understand the language of the woman. After this, the help of ASI Dinesh Barkade of Chimanganj Mandi police station, who lives in Mandla area, was taken. He talked to the woman in her language and then a case was registered. The police have arrested both the accused.

Search is on for two people who gave protection to the accused
Superintendent of Police Pradeep Sharma said that two accused who gave protection to the rape accused have also been made accused in this incident. Both those accused are also being searched. The Superintendent of Police said that the victim’s family was very poor and troubled. The police provided them with daily necessities. Police is also looking for other jobs like watchman etc. for them.
