Out of this, 5 lakh 32 thousand votes were cast through EVM, while about one thousand votes were cast through postal ballots.

Indore Lok Sabha seat has been on the first position in terms of NOTA votes. 2 lakh 18 thousand 355 votes were received on NOTA in Indore, while 319 employees in Indore have also voted for NOTA through postal ballot. Ratlam Lok Sabha seat was on the second position, where 31 thousand 697 voters voted for NOTA and Betul Lok Sabha seat was on the third position.

If we talk about the votes received on NOTA in the five Lok Sabha seats of the state, NOTA got 1.23 percent votes in Mandla Lok Sabha seat, while 1.42 percent votes were cast in Khajuraho, 1.68 percent in Shahdol, 2.07 percent in Ratlam and the highest 14 percent votes were cast on NOTA in Indore.
