The ruling party leaders are constantly criticizing the former Congress president. Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has expressed strong displeasure over his statement. He also said that Rahul Gandhi should apologize immediately.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said, “I strongly condemn Rahul Gandhi’s statement. The entire Hindu society has been put to shame through him. Inside the temple of the world’s largest democracy, the Leader of the Opposition has given a statement that shames the Hindu society. Calling Hindus violent is a reflection of his mentality.”

CM Mohan Yadav said, “India is the only country in the world where Hindus are in such a large population and if their opposition leader will embarrass them, then how will Hindus tolerate it. There is anger in the whole country regarding this matter. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi should apologize by rubbing his nose.”

He further said, “Say with pride that we are Hindus. I proudly say that I am a Hindu. Everyone’s sentiments have been hurt by this statement of Rahul Gandhi, he should apologize immediately. I will appeal to the National President of Congress to immediately ask for his resignation. Also, Congress should clarify whether the party agrees with Rahul Gandhi’s statement or not.”

It is noteworthy that on Monday, the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi accused the BJP of spreading violence, hatred and fear in the country. Along with this, Rahul Gandhi claimed that these people are not Hindus because they talk of violence 24 hours a day. While participating in the discussion on the motion of thanks brought on the President’s address, the Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi also said that a Hindu can never commit violence, can never spread hatred and fear.
