MP News: A case of demanding 70 thousand rupees in the name of school transfer certificate has come to light in Betul. In the public hearing of the collector, two girl students exposed the Good Shepherd School of Shahpura. They alleged that the private school operator demanded 70 thousand rupees.
On the complaint of the students, the collector issued TC and then warned the school operator. Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi said that Palak and Pari Thakur are students of class 7th and 8th. Both wanted to study in another school.
On asking for TC, the school operator started making excuses. Both the students complained in the public hearing of the collector. After hearing the complaint, the collector took cognizance of the matter. He sent both the students to Shahpura, 40 kms away, in his car along with the assistant commissioner of the tribal welfare department.
The collector ordered the assistant commissioner to solve the problem of both the students while leaving. There was a commotion when the assistant commissioner reached the school. The school operator ignored the issue of fees and handed over the TC of both the students.
Collector provided justice to two girl students in public hearing
Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi said during a special conversation that both the students had also taken admission in another school. Both were facing problems in studies due to lack of TC. They had come to the public hearing and complained. After the complaint, both the students were given immediate justice. The Madhya Pradesh government had started resolving the problem through public hearing. Public hearing is held every Tuesday in Madhya Pradesh. The timely action of the collector has become a topic of discussion in Madhya Pradesh.
