Indore. Miyawaki project was started five months ago in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, which has taken the form of a dense forest. Therefore, now a special drone is being prepared to monitor Miyawaki. In fact, Miyawaki forest was prepared in an area of one acre using Miyawaki method five months ago on Basant Panchami in Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS) College. In which more than eight thousand trees were planted. Here, trees that were getting extinct in the city and the surrounding area of 40 kilometers were given place in this forest. Drones will now be used to monitor them.

It is prepared using a special method
SGSITs started this project in collaboration with Rupantar Natural and Health Organization. The founder of the organization Manveer Singh said that it takes six to seven years for a normal plant to grow. Whereas in this forest prepared by Miyawaki method, the plants have reached 7 to 8 feet in five and a half months. This forest will be ready in about one and a half to two years. These trees have been planted using four methods. After which it has taken a huge form. Now it is difficult to go to the forest to monitor small trees. Therefore, their growth will be monitored through drones.

AI technology will tell the growth of trees

Another advantage of AI technology is that it will tell where the growth of these trees is lacking. If a new species has grown, it will also tell. Currently, more than 150 snakes have come to Miyawaki forest. 25 types of butterflies and 12 types of birds have made their night shelter here. Therefore, drones will be used for security. The entire forest will be inspected with the drone to see which plant is drying up or which plant has started bearing fruits or flowers. Water will be sprinkled there accordingly, so that not a single plant in the forest dries up or gets destroyed. This drone will be started from next month. This drone can also be used for seed ball dropping and parcel delivery.

Trees were number tagged
Preeti Batham of the organization says that before planting trees in the Miyawaki forest, the entire land was dug up to a foot. After this, biomass was put on it. Straw and cow dung were added to it. It works as biofertilizer. It works to soften the hard ground. Due to which the plants grow faster. Miyawaki forest is a bit dense. In such a situation, it is not possible to go inside and monitor it. Due to this, while preparing the forest, number tagging was done on the trees. This will make it easier to monitor the trees with drones.
