For entertainment lovers, there is a drought in the name of watching movies in theatres at this time. There are only two options of films. The first is Rajkumar Rao’s ‘Shrikant’ and the second is Manoj Bajpayee’s ‘Bhaiya Ji’. Now call it the effect of heat or the lack of entertainment elements in these films, at present the crowd of audience in the theatre does not seem to be breaking. How was the collection report of both the films on Monday? Let’s know…

Rajkumar Rao’s film ‘Srikant’ was released in theatres on 10 May. This is a biopic. These days, as most biopics are getting a cold response from the audience, the same is seen happening with this film as well. So far, ‘Srikant’ has not been able to collect even Rs 50 crore. The earnings get affected more during weekdays. The graph did seem to rise a bit during the weekend. But, the collection came down again on Monday.

Now the result of the Monday test of ‘Bhaiya Ji’ has also come out. According to the figures, ‘Bhaiya Ji’ has done a business of 90 lakh rupees on the first Monday (fourth day). Manoj Bajpayee’s total collection has now become 5.85 crore rupees. It is expected that the entertainment at the box office may be reduced a bit with the release of ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’. This film is going to be released on May 31. Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao are in lead roles in it.
