SP Pankaj Deshmukh of Pune Rural Police said that there were four people including the driver in the car. Everyone has been interrogated. The recovered cash has been handed over to Income Tax Department officials.
Sanjay Raut targets Eknath Shinde and his MLAs
Regarding this, Shiv Sena UBT leader Sanjay Raut has targeted the ruling Shiv Sena. Sanjay Raut said that a large amount of cash has been seized from the car of Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena MLA. He said that yesterday, there were two vehicles carrying around Rs 15 crore. As I said earlier, Eknath Shinde has promised his people Rs 50 crore each to make him win. This was the first installment of Rs 15 crore. There were two vehicles at the spot, after receiving a call, one vehicle was left because the inspector who was on duty there was earlier in the service of about 150 MLAs of the state.
At the same time, Sanjay Raut also discussed seat distribution. He said that senior Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat who was in Delhi has come to meet Sharad Pawar this morning. After this he will come to Matoshree where we will hold a meeting with Uddhav Thackeray and other Shiv Sena leaders and Congress leaders. Congress high command is in Delhi. Their decisions are taken in Delhi. BJP leaders and Shinde faction leaders are also in Delhi. Therefore, those who have high command in Delhi have to go there again and again. What can we say about it, but I think there will not be much differences and we will sit together and take a decision.

The people of Maharashtra are considering us as the real Shiv Sena. There is no sympathy base for Shiv Sena (UBT). Congress has realized this because Shiv Sena (UBT) is nowhere at the grassroots level. That’s why Congress is adamant on its seats.
