A bus full of passengers collided with a pole while trying to save a bike in front of Pakauli village on National Highway 28 in Hata Kotwali area of ​​Kushinagar district. One person died in this accident and 9 people are said to be injured.

According to the information received, devotees from Kharharwa Gopalganj Bihar were returning after visiting Ayodhya Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, when suddenly a speeding bus lost control and collided with a pole on National Highway 28 in front of Pagara village of Hata Kotwali area. As soon as the collision happened, there was screaming among the devotees. The people nearby rushed and took out all the injured from the bus and sent them to Hata Community Health Center for treatment.

In the bus accident, one person, 45-year-old Pankaj, died tragically. 9 people were injured. Out of which the condition of five is said to be critical. They have been referred to Gorakhpur Medical College.

The NHI team, which reached the spot, removed the bus with a crane, cleared the highway and resumed traffic, while the Hata Kotwali police took the deceased’s body into custody and sent it for post-mortem after taking further action.
