Kota Protest: Kota division Youth Congress protested fiercely under the Rail Roko movement in the alleged NEET paper leak case. Youth Congress is conducting a big movement at the divisional level in Rajasthan. Congress workers tried to stop the train at Kota railway station on Thursday but the police stopped them.
Youth Congress workers gathered outside the station and tried to go to the platform from there raising slogans against the government but the police did not let them go inside. On this occasion, Rajasthan’s acting state president Yashveer Sura said that when NEET PG exams can be cancelled then why can’t NEET UG be cancelled. He alleged that big people may be involved in this matter.
Why is the exam not being conducted again?
Yashveer Sura alleged that this government is playing with the youth and their future. We are constantly raising this demand, the matter of paper leak has come to light at many places, if the paper has been leaked then why is this paper not being cancelled and the exam not being conducted again.
Yashveer Sura said that if this paper has been leaked then forming a committee or conducting a CBI inquiry, there is no point in it. He said that Rahul Gandhi wanted to discuss this in the Parliament but the Lok Sabha Speaker of Kota did not give him a chance. Rahul Gandhi is continuously raising his voice. An inquiry should be conducted in this regard as there may be some big people involved in this who have a role in it.
If NEET is not cancelled then the agitation will turn violent
He said that the stand of Congress is clear that we will continue to protest and fight the students’ battle and this exam will have to be cancelled. Youth Congress workers protested fiercely even in heavy rain and warned the central government to cancel this exam or else the agitation will turn violent.
Messing with the future of the youth
Moizuddin Guddu alleged that the government has taken away jobs, in the examinations conducted in the last 10 years, the question paper has been leaked 70 times. A record of paper leak has been made. He said that Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan should resign and a high level committee should be formed by PM Modi. The future of the youth should not be played with. The work of crushing and suppressing the dreams and aspirations of the people should be stopped.
He said that the Youth Congress is vocal about these demands, there will be strong protest from the streets to the Parliament. Rural District President Vijay Pratap Singh said that under the Rail Roko movement, demonstrations were held all over Rajasthan on Thursday and in the future too, whenever something wrong happens to the youth, the Youth Congress will always be at the forefront and will stand with them.
