Happy Eid al-Adha 2024: Eid is being celebrated with great joy in Kota city, after Eid prayers people hugged each other and wished each other Eid Mubarak. Kota city Qazi Zuber Ahmed offered Eid prayers and in his speech gave the message of following the path of goodness. He appealed to everyone to spread the happiness of Eid to the needy. During this time, prayers were also offered for peace in the country.
The administration congratulated the Muslim community
There has been a tradition in Kota for years that after the Eid prayers, the administration and the city Qazi are the first to convey their Eid greetings. Kota District Collector Dr. Ravindra Goswami and City Superintendent of Police Dr. Amrita Duhan reached Kishorpura police station near Idgah and wished everyone Eid Mubarak. On this occasion, city Qazi Zuber Ahmed also wished the people of Kota city.
Thousands of children taking coaching also celebrate Eid
Thousands of children from the Muslim community come to Kota city from far off places for coaching. So that they feel a sense of belonging and enjoy Eid even while staying away from their families, a collective feast is organised for them and they are wished Eid Mubarak and they are included in their happiness. Sonu Qureshi, Deputy Mayor of Kota Municipal Corporation, Kota North, said that this programme has been organised for years in which children from outside Kota are made to offer Eid Namaz and an attempt is made to provide them a family-like atmosphere by feeding them.
