A major accident was averted in Uttarakhand. This accident was averted due to the presence of mind of the helicopter pilot in Kedarnath Dham. An emergency landing of a helicopter full of passengers took place in Kedarnath Dham.
It has been learnt that the rudder of Crystal’s helicopter got damaged. The pilot showed presence of mind and made an emergency landing of the helicopter. After the safe landing of the helicopter, the pilgrims heaved a sigh of relief. Helicopter service in Kedarnath has always been risky. In the last 11 years, 10 accidents have taken place in Kedarnath.
