Jitu Patwari wrote a letter to Congress CM Mohan Yadav for Ladli Behna Yojana

Jitu Patwari on Ladli Behna Yojana: State Congress President Jeetu Patwari has written a letter to the state’s Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. Patwari has mentioned Ladli Bahan in his letter. Along with giving suggestions regarding the Ladli Bahan Yojana, he has also talked about fulfilling the promise of giving Rs 3000 made during the assembly elections.

In a letter written by state Congress president Jitu Patwari, it was said, “I am again bringing some important points to your notice regarding the Ladli Behna Yojana of Chief Minister Madhya Pradesh. Media reports show that initially one crore 32 lakh women were being given financial benefits every month. Later, citing the rules, more than two lakh women were removed from the list of beneficiaries. This is the reason that currently about 1.29 crore women are beneficiaries.”

He further said in the letter, “I believe that the welfare schemes of the government are prepared keeping in mind the wider interests of all sections and the public. Accordingly, if two lakh women have come in the ineligible category in a year, then the number of new sisters coming in the list of beneficiaries will also be in lakhs.”

Congress state president Jitu Patwari said, “Has the government prepared any such list, which can clarify that between May 5, 2023 and June 15, 2024, how many women are there who have crossed the age of 21. Where is their geographical presence in Madhya Pradesh? What is the ratio of rural and urban women? How will the process of their selection start? Who will monitor the departmental responsibility and how?”

suggestion made in the letter
State Congress President Jitu Patwari also gave suggestions through a letter. He wrote, “I suggest that economic empowerment of women, improving their financial condition and making them self-reliant should be the honest goal of the government and its implementation should also be done with complete honesty. Keeping this context in mind, I am once again requesting that the government should immediately fulfill the promise made to the beloved sisters of Madhya Pradesh in the assembly elections and pay them an amount of Rs 3000 per month.”
