Haryana False Rape News: Filing a false rape case proved costly for a young woman in Jhajjar, Haryana. Haryana Women Commission has ordered to register a case against the young woman. The young woman is accused of filing a false rape case out of greed and also filing a complaint with the Women Commission. During the investigation, the young woman could not present any evidence to prove the allegation. After this, Sonia Agarwal, Vice President of Women Commission, who came to hear the crimes against women in the auditorium of Mini Secretariat on Monday, ordered to register a complaint against the young woman.
Case filed against a woman who made a false complaint of rape
Haryana Women Commission Vice President Sonia Agarwal said that a total of ten cases including three rape cases were presented before us in the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat. During the hearing, we came across a case in which a young woman had filed a false rape case. I would say that in future no daughter should do such a thing. The young woman has made a mistake, so action should be taken against her and I have instructed the police to take action under section 182.
Sonia Agarwal said that out of ten cases, five were from Jhajjar and five from Rewari. Some have been resolved and some are still being processed. Most of these crimes were of harassment of women by their husbands and mother-in-laws and domestic quarrels. More matrimonial and family cases are coming to the fore.
Woman who filed false case sentenced and fined
Let us tell you that a similar case was seen in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh in the month of May this year. In this, the court sentenced the girl who retracted her statement in the rape case to the same number of years as the boy spent in jail. Along with this, a fine of Rs 5 lakh 88 thousand was also imposed on the girl.
