Israel Attack On Fateh Sherif: Israeli air strikes continue in Lebanon. In these attacks, Israel killed Fateh Sherif, commander of the Lebanon branch of Hamas. Israeli Air Force has given this information. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said on Monday (September 30) that it carried out a strike that killed Fatah Sherif, the head of Hamas’s Lebanon branch.

The IDF said in a post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) that the attack was carried out with precision in the early morning. Sherif was killed today along with his wife and children in an airstrike on the al-Bas refugee camp in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre. Sherif was not only a key figure in Hamas, overseeing the coordination of terrorist activities in Lebanon, but he also played a role in linking Hamas with Hezbollah operatives.

‘Those creating danger will be eliminated’

According to the statement, the IDF and ISA will continue to act against anyone who poses a threat to Israeli citizens. Israel believes that Sherif’s activities extended from the recruitment process to the acquisition of weapons. Sherif served a dual role as a member of UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency), where she also served as head of the UNRWA teachers union in Lebanon, the IDF reported.

Sheriff’s political activities were being investigated

At the same time, the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees has confirmed that Hamas leader Fatah Sherif was appointed by UNRWA in Lebanon. However, it was also said that the sheriff’s political activities were being investigated.
