Police arrested fake IPS officer Anil Katiyal and his associate Vinod Kapoor, who threatened SI Krishna Kumar Sharma and DCP Trans Hindon PRO Neeraj Rathore by calling him in the Police Commissioner’s office. Anil Katiyal is a resident of GK First New Delhi and Vinod is a resident of DLF Phase-3 Gurugram.
