iQOO Z9x Turbo Launched Price 1199 CNY 6000mAh Battery 16GB RAM Specifications Availability

iQoo launched iQoo Z9, iQoo Z9x and iQoo Z9 Turbo in China on Wednesday. The series is the successor to last year’s iQOO Z8 series. Among these, Z9x is the base variant, while Z9 Turbo is the top-end model. All three phones come with a large 6,000mAh battery and up to 12GB of RAM. However, there are major differences in charging capacity, display, chipset. All three iQoo phones have IP64 dust and water resistant build and run on Android 14-based OriginOS 4. iQoo Z9 series price, availability

The 8GB + 128GB variant of iQoo Z9x is priced at CNY 1,199 (approximately Rs 13,800), while the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at CNY 1,299 (approximately Rs 15,000). Its top-end 12GB + 256GB variant has been launched for CNY 1,499 (about Rs 17,300).

On the other hand, the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants of the iQOO Z9 are priced at CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs 17,300) and CNY 1,599 (approximately Rs 18,400) respectively. Whereas, the price of 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB configurations is CNY 1,799 (about Rs 20,700) and CNY 1,999 (about Rs 23,000) respectively.

The base 12GB + 256GB variant of iQOO Z9 Turbo is priced at CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs 23,000) and the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 2,399 (approximately Rs 27,600). The 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB configurations are priced at CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs 26,500) and CNY 2,599 (approximately Rs 29,900), respectively.

iQoo Z9 series specifications

The iQOO Z9 and Z9 Turbo feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 4,500 nits peak brightness level, and 144Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the iQOO Z9x sports a 6.72-inch stripped-down LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,000 nits peak brightness, and FHD+ resolution. All three phones are IP64-certified dust and water resistant.

Camera-wise, the Z9 and Z9x have a basic dual rear setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth lens. The Z9 Turbo gets a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with OIS, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies, the Z9 and Z9 Turbo have a 16MP sensor, while the Z9x has an 8MP sensor. The Z9 Turbo sports a 16MP sensor.

Z9 Turbo has a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The Z9 comes equipped with Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, while the Z9x works on Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. Both the Z9 and Z9x have up to 12GB of RAM and the Z9 has up to 512GB of storage, while the Z9x gets a maximum of 256GB of storage.

All three phones – Z9, Z9x and Z9 Turbo – pack a large 6,000mAh battery, IP64 builds for dust and water resistance, and run OriginOS 4 based on Android 14.
