New Delhi. It is said that talent is not dependent on anyone. It makes its own way. One such story is of Kajal Prakash Rajvaidya, born in a small town of Akola in Maharashtra. Battling with many struggles, obstacles and storms, Kajal established ‘Kajal Innovation and Technical Solution (KITS)’ company at the age of just 21 years i.e. in the year 2015. Through innovation, Kajal’s company is now teaching technology like robotics, automation to students in the country’s renowned schools, colleges and institutions in a playful manner.
Kajal says that she had no business experience. Her father used to run a paan shop. Her father wanted to educate his children well, but he was short of money. But she was adamant on studying, so after teaching her in the Zilla Parishad school till the fourth class, he got her admitted in Manutai Kanya Shala, located four kilometers away. No fees are charged from girls here. Kajal had to walk to and from school every day. The income was not much, so there came a time when she had to work as a recurring agent in a private bank.

She did not have the money to pay the fees of Polytechnic. Still, somehow her father arranged for a loan and got her admitted in an engineering college. Then Kajal prepared a syllabus for the new technology and went to colleges in Pune to share it with students. She faced failure here but did not give up. After returning to Akola, she started meeting her expenses by doing odd jobs. Along with this, she kept learning robotics through the internet in the time left from coaching etc. After some time, she started going to primary schools and taking robotics workshops for fifth class children. From here, Kajal started trying her hand at business by starting a kits company.
