Police had started investigation
Actually, the incident took place in Silver Spring Township of Tejaji Nagar, where a 40-year-old woman named Kavita Patil had committed suicide by hanging herself. Police registered a case and started investigation against husband Pankaj and his girlfriend Namrata. According to the information given by the family members to the police in this entire case, Pankaj was having an affair with Namrata Sonawane and both of them used to harass him.

Family members said that Kavita complained to Pankaj several times about this matter and asked him to leave Namrata, but her husband was not leaving her and threatened to leave Kavita. Orders given to reject bail
In this case, an application for bail was presented by the accused before Special Additional Sessions Judge Giriraj Prasad Garg. While hearing the bail application, the court agreed with the arguments of High Court Advocate Bhupendra Soni and Advocate Rajeshwari Soni on behalf of the complainant deceased and issued orders rejecting the bail of the accused.
