Indore immersed in celebration of victory
Indore also remained immersed in the celebrations of Team India’s spectacular victory in the T-20 World Cup for a long time. As soon as Team India won, there was a Diwali like scene in the city. The sound of firecrackers could be heard all around. Cricket lovers gathered at Rajwada. At 11:30 pm, there was a crowd all around the square. Youths were coming towards Rajwada with the tricolour flag. Rajwada echoed with slogans like Bharat Mata ki Jai, Sabse Aage Honge Hindustani. Apart from Rajwada, the victory was celebrated at Cantonment, Regal Tiraha, 56 Dukan and other places in the city as well. People took out the firecrackers kept in their houses and lit them. Rajwada was filled with the atmosphere of celebration till 1 am.
