Palekal. The Indian cricket team has started the T20 series against Sri Lanka with a win. In the first match of the three-match series, the team made a comeback in a match that was slipping out of their hands and defeated the host team. Suryakumar Yadav, who started his journey as a captain with a win, thanked not any player but the dew. He said, “We were lucky that there was no dew.”
After winning the first match, captain Suryakumar Yadav said, Sri Lanka started well but it seemed from the beginning that they had dominated the match against the host team. This was because there was no dew which created problems for their bowlers. Sri Lanka scored 149 runs for two wickets while chasing the target of 214 runs set by India, then lost the match by 43 runs after losing eight wickets for 21 runs.
