New Delhi. Team India is close to winning the T20 series in South Africa. The Indian team captained by Suryakumar Yadav is ahead 2-1 in the 4-match series. Both the teams will clash in the fourth and last T20 match on Friday. By winning this match, the Indian team would like to win the series 3-1. However, Rinku Singh’s batting order and poor form is a matter of concern. Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg has always been lucky for India. Where it won the first T20 World Cup by defeating Pakistan in 2007. A year ago, in the last T20 series, captain Suryakumar Yadav led the team to victory by scoring a century.

Under the captaincy of Suryakumar Yadav, India has won 13 out of 16 matches. And this time he would like to return after winning the series. Last time the series was drawn 1-1. Since one match was lost to rain. The form of Rinku Singh, one of the most aggressive batsmen in T20 cricket, is also a cause for concern, who has not been able to play well for the last few months. It seems that he is not able to play comfortably due to being placed at number six or seven. The next T20 World Cup in India is in 2026 and Suryakumar has plenty of time to instill confidence in Rinku and bring her performance back on track. Due to lack of clarity, the Indian team cannot afford to lose a skilled cricketer like him.

IND vs SA T20: 25 runs were needed from 6 balls…the bowler single-handedly turned the tables, snatched victory from the jaws of the opposition team.

Who was Tilak Verma’s Flying for? Broke silence after scoring match winning century, said- Thank you Captain

Rinku Singh could score only 28 runs
In the current series, Rinku Singh came sixth in two matches and seventh in one match and could score only 28 runs. A score of 11, 9 or eight runs is not a matter of concern if you fall in the lower order. But the real concern is that for this he bowled a total of 34 balls. Even during the IPL, Rinku got to play only 113 balls in 15 matches i.e. 7.5 balls per match. As a finisher, Rinku can get only about ten balls in every innings. This may have affected his confidence because he is not sure whether to play aggressively or play a supporting role.

12 out of 15 players have been tried
Rinku Singh has performed well by landing at number five most of the time. But when Sanju Samson is playing as the opening batsman and Tilak Verma is playing at number three, then it is difficult to field Rinku before Hardik Pandya. The team management will have to resolve this issue immediately. India has tried 12 out of its 15 players in the first three matches and now it remains to be seen whether fast bowler Yash Dayal or Visakh Vijaykumar gets the first chance or not. India won the first T20 match by a huge margin while South Africa made a comeback in the second match. In the third match, Team India defeated the guests in the last over.
