New Delhi. After heavy rain in Kanpur Test, there was a storm of batsmen of Team India. India played such a game against Bangladesh that the record of 147 years was shattered. Indian batsmen batted in T20 style and scored 100 in just 10.1 overs. This is the record of scoring the fastest 100 runs in test history.

On the first day of the India and Bangladesh Test, only 35 overs could be played in the day. By the time play was stopped due to rain on the first day, Bangladesh had scored 107 runs for 3 wickets. Due to bad weather not a single ball could be bowled on the second and third days. On the fourth day i.e. on Monday, Indian bowlers restricted Bangladesh to 233 runs. After this came the turn of Indian batsmen.

Indian openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rohit Sharma started in T20 style. Both of them scored 55 runs in just 3.5 overs. On this score, Rohit Sharma was out after scoring 23 runs in 11 balls. After this, Yashasvi and Shubman Gill (39) took the team to 127 runs. During this period, India completed its 100 runs on the 61st ball. With this, India broke its own record of scoring 100 runs fast. Only a year ago, India had made a record of 100 runs in 12.2 overs against West Indies.

Yashasvi Jaiswal was the second batsman of India to be out. He played an innings of 72 runs in 51 balls. He hit 12 fours and 2 sixes in his innings. Shortly after Yashasvi’s dismissal, Shubman Gill (39 runs, 36 balls) also left. Rishabh Pant (9), who came to bat before Virat Kohli, could not stay on the wicket for long. But King Kohli did not disappoint.
