MP Weather News: So far in the ongoing monsoon season in Indore district, an average rainfall of 323.7 mm (13 inches) has been recorded. This is almost half the rainfall recorded during this period last year. In the year 2023, the district had received more than 610.4 mm (24 inches) of rainfall so far.

It seems that Meghraj is angry with Indore, that is why Indore has not received even half the rainfall as compared to last year. This is not us saying this but the data of the Meteorological Department. If we look at the data released by the Meteorological Department, it is known that by this time in 2023, 24 inches of rain had already occurred but this time the rainfall figure has remained half of it.

May have to face water crisis

In the year 2023, so far more than 610.4 mm (24 inches) of rainfall has occurred in the district. According to the information received from the Land Records Office, so far this year, 263.5 mm of rain has been recorded in Indore region, 211 mm in Mhow, 363 mm in Sanwer, 480.6 mm in Depalpur, 382.2 mm in Gautampura area and 242.1 mm in Hatod area.  In Indore district, till now last year, 520.7 mm rain was recorded in Indore region, 547 mm in Mhow, 633.6 mm in Sanwer, 883.5 mm in Depalpur, 558.4 mm in Gautampura region and 519.3 mm in Hatod region.
