The accused had sent a mail giving false information about a bomb in a flight going from Delhi to Dubai. The accused juvenile was produced in the Juvenile Court. From where his custody was handed over to his parents.

According to the police, the accused is a student and studies in class 9. A few days ago, he was influenced by a news on social media regarding a fake bomb threat call made by a child in a flight and he got the idea of ​​​​giving fake information about the bomb. When he saw the news, he thought that he could also do the same. His parents had given him a mobile for studies, through which he sent a fake threatening email from his e-mail ID and after sending the email, he immediately deleted the said e-mail ID. The teenager told that he did this only for fun. Due to fear, he did not share any information with his parents.

Let us tell you that there was a stir at Delhi airport on Monday morning due to the information of bomb in the flight going to Dubai. At 9.35 in the morning, an email was sent to the dial office of IGI Airport threatening that there is a bomb in the flight going from Delhi to Dubai. After the information, an alert was issued at the airport. The security agency and the bomb disposal squad searched the plane. No suspicious object was found during the search. After which a police team was formed and the work of catching the person who gave the false information about the bomb was started. During the investigation, it was found that the email ID was deleted immediately after sending the email. The source of the email was traced to Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand.
