HMD Skyline spotted on Geekbench to Launch with 32MP Front Camera Snapdragon 7s Gen 2

HMD Global is reportedly working on a new smartphone called HMD Skyline. Earlier this month, renders of this new smartphone were leaked revealing a design based on the Nokia Lumia 920. Now this smartphone has been spotted on Geekbench, which has revealed a lot about it. Here we are telling you in detail about HMD Skyline.

HMD Skyline Expected Price

Rumour has it, HMD The Skyline could be priced at €520 (roughly Rs.) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. However, this is not an exact price so we will have to wait for an official confirmation. Several reports suggest that the brand may launch the Skyline sometime in July.

According to the Geekbench listing Accordingthe smartphone comes with a motherboard codenamed Tomcat, which has 8GB of RAM along with an octa-core processor with 4 cores running at 1.96GHz, while the other four work at 2.40GHz. Based on these details, the processor is expected to be the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2.

Apart from the processor, the Geekbench listing confirms that the device will launch with Android 14 onboard. Talking about its performance, it has got 1027 points in single-core test and 2857 points in multi-core test. No other information has been revealed about the smartphone from the Geekbench listing. However, some specifications have already been leaked.

According to the previous report, HMD Skyline will get FHD + OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. This smartphone will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7S Generation 2 processor. Talking about the camera setup, the rear of this smartphone has a 108-megapixel primary camera, an ultra-wide camera and a third camera which can be a macro or depth sensor. At the same time, a 32-megapixel selfie camera can be found on the front. This smartphone can be equipped with a 4,900mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. In other features, this smartphone comes with stereo speakers, in-display fingerprint sensor, IP67 water and dust proofing.
