The High Court will give its verdict on Tuesday on the bail plea of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the excise policy case. Justice Swarn Kanta Sharma can give orders on bail petitions.
On May 14, he had reserved his order on the petitions after hearing arguments from AAP leaders, CBI and ED. The Enforcement Directorate had argued during the debate that it would make AAP an accused in the next prosecution complaint (chargesheet) in the money laundering case related to excise policy. On May 17, ED filed a charge sheet against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the money laundering case and also made AAP an accused.
