Haryana-Punjab Weather Today: Pre-monsoon activities are continuing in Haryana. Due to which the way for the arrival of monsoon is getting cleared. According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon will reach Delhi NCR areas including Haryana by June 28. Which will spread across the state by June 1-2. Regarding which the Indian Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert. Talking about Punjab, strong winds blew in the state on Wednesday, along with this light rain and change in weather was seen.

Heavy rain warning in Haryana on 29-30 June
After the arrival of monsoon on 28 June, the Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain on 29 and 30 June. Due to which orange alert has been issued in 12 districts and yellow alert in 10 districts. At the same time, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in view of the possibility of heavy rain in some districts on 28 June as well. On Wednesday, due to pre-monsoon activities, drizzle and moderate rain were seen in many districts of the state. Due to rain, the temperature dropped by up to 5 degrees Celsius. The conditions seem favorable for the advancement of the northern and south-western monsoon of the state.

How will the weather be in Punjab
The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of rain and strong winds in 11 districts of Punjab from 5 am to 9 am today, Thursday. There is a possibility of rain with strong winds in Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Ludhiana, Sangrur, Rupnagar, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Gurdaspur, Tarn Taran, Moga, Amritsar and Hoshiarpur districts. At the same time, due to pre-monsoon, the temperature of many districts of the state has dropped by up to 2.1 degrees Celsius. On Wednesday, Amritsar of Punjab was the hottest city of the state, where a temperature of 42.03 degrees Celsius was recorded. An alert has been issued regarding the possibility of rain in most districts of the state on June 28 and in all the districts of Punjab on June 29 and 30.
