Ashish Sharma of Bharatiya Janata Party defeated Dr. Pushpendra Verma by a margin of 1 thousand 571 votes. Ashish Sharma got 27 thousand 041 votes, while Pushpendra Verma got 25 thousand 470 votes.
Nand Lal Sharma, who was contesting as an independent candidate, could get only 74 votes. In Hamirpur assembly constituency, 198 people pressed the note button. Today is also the birthday of Ashish Sharma’s son. In such a situation, his happiness has doubled.
