Rajasthan News: The case of use of fake desire (letter head) of former MLA for transfer in Urban Development and Autonomous Government Department has gained momentum. Former MLA Puraram Chaudhary has filed a case against two officers at Bhinmal police station. In the named report, there has been an allegation of adding names to the transfer list by sending forged letterpads to the department.
Police Inspector Rameshwar Bhati said that a case has been registered on the report of former MLA Puraram Chaudhary. He told that Bhanvararam, Executive Officer, Third Municipal Council, Sirohi and Hanumanaram, Junior Engineer, Municipal Corporation, Kota North, made forged letterpads and submitted a recommendation to Urban Development and Autonomous Government Department Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra with fake signatures and got their names added in the transfer list. Information about fake desire was received from the personal assistant. On getting the information, spoke to the departmental minister’s office. On looking at the copy of Desire, the letterpad and signature were found to be fake.
Case of fake desire of former MLA
The former MLA has given a report against both the officers. At present, the police have registered a case based on the report of the former MLA and started investigation. Let us tell you that a fake letterpad of former MLA and BJP leader Puraram Choudhary, recommending the imposition of EO and JEN in Bhinmal Municipality, reached Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra. Both names were attached at serial number 914-915 in the list of MLAs and BJP leaders being prepared by Desire on the basis of fake letterpad. Desire reached the minister’s office on 26 July. Executive Officer III Bhanvararam was recommended to be transferred from Municipal Council Sirohi to Bhinmal Municipality and Hanumaram was recommended to be transferred from Municipal Corporation Kota North to Bhinmal.

Serious allegations against two officers
In the letterpad delivered to the DLB Minister, Puraram Chaudhary’s address is mentioned as C-1 MLA Quarter Jalupura, Jaipur. Whereas another letterpad of Puraram has come to light. Their address is Hotel Neelkamal New Bus Stand Bhinmal. There is difference between both also. Had given letterpad of some other officer earlier: Puraram Chaudhary had given letterpad to Vimal Kumar Dave on June 27 to impose EO from Municipal Council Banswara in Municipality Bhinmal. After that, when the second letterpad was sent, the first one was removed and the names of the officers written on the fake letterpad were attached to the list.
