Meanwhile, a snake came walking from somewhere and bit a young man. After this, the angry young man caught the snake and bit it three times, due to which the snake died. As soon as the railway officials came to know about the matter, the young man was immediately admitted to the hospital for treatment. This young man was identified as Santosh Lohar, a resident of Panduka in Latehar district of Jharkhand state.

When Santosh was asked about this incident, he told that there is a ritual in my village that if a snake bites you once, you should bite it twice and this will prevent you from getting affected by the snake’s poison. Due to this ritual, he bit the snake. He further told that the snake had bitten me twice and I bit it thrice. But there is a special technique to bite a snake. First of all, hold it from the mouth and tail and bite it thrice in the middle.

When the villagers came to know about this strange incident, a crowd gathered in the hospital. People wanted to see the young man who did this feat. However, the villagers also said that the snake was not poisonous. If the snake had been poisonous, the young man could have died. Doctor Satish Chandra, who is treating Santosh Lohar admitted for treatment in the sub-divisional hospital, said that there was a complaint of snake bite after which treatment was done. Now the young man is out of danger.
