The person who made the threat has been identified as 39-year-old Jason Patrick Alday. The US Attorney’s Office said on Wednesday that Jason Patrick is engaged in threatening President Joe Biden and other federal officials. According to the criminal complaint, Patrick made threatening statements against Joe Biden while undergoing treatment at a mental health facility in Florida last month. Patrick also posted some threats on the social media platform X. He has been ordered to be kept in custody pending trial.
