Uttarakhand Rain News: After the arrival of monsoon in Uttarakhand, people have got some relief from the heat. Due to the continuous rain, people have got relief from the heat. In Uttarakhand, many places are flooded at this time. Be it Ramnagar or Haldwani, incidents of waterlogging have been seen at many places. The disaster management department is continuously working on this, but the preparations made before the arrival of monsoon have all gone in vain.
Uttarakhand submerged in water due to first rain
Many areas of Lalkuan were submerged in water due to heavy rain late at night in Lalkuan assembly constituency adjacent to Haldwani in Kumaon. Due to heavy rain, the entire area from the railway station to Khaddi Mohalla was submerged in water. The people of Khadi Mohalla had to leave their homes and spend the whole night here and there. It is being told that the goods and ration of many people also got caught in this waterlogging.

Here many families had to spend the night wandering here and there. Due to heavy rains in Tanda area, the forest department outpost and police check post as well as the forest department vehicle also got submerged in water. Due to heavy rains, the railway track was also filled with water. SDM Paritosh Verma told ABP Live that as soon as the information was received, he inspected the entire area and has given instructions to correct the arrangements as soon as possible so that people can get relief. Waterlogging has also been seen in Sanwalde area of Ramnagar in Nainital district. Here too the rain has wreaked havoc.
People are troubled by waterlogging in Uttarakhand
At present, there is no report of any loss of life or property in this area, but due to waterlogging, local people have faced a lot of trouble. If the administration is to be believed, then these areas are being monitored and no person is being allowed to face any kind of trouble. Many Janam representatives also visited these areas, who reached the spot and took stock of the waterlogging.
