Farmers Troubled By Shortage Of Fertilizer In Madhya Pradesh Sehore ANN

Madhya Pradesh News: Farmers are facing problems for fertilizer in Sehore, the home district of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Farmers are forced to stand in queues for hours to get two bags of fertilizer. ABP News team reached the fertilizer distribution center located in the agricultural produce market and got to know closely about the problems of the farmers. Farmer Brijmohan Murali Soni told that he had to get only two sacks of fertilizer, but for this he had left home early in the morning from a distance of 30 kilometers. Now it is afternoon, but till now the fertilizer has not been available.

Banesingh Parmar, a farmer from Doraha, said that there is a shortage of fertilizer every year. Many claims are made by the government that there will be no shortage of fertilizers, but when the need arises, all the claims of the government prove to be false. This time too we are facing a crisis for fertiliser. Here the weather department has predicted light rain in a day or two. As soon as it rains, farmers will need fertilizer for the Rabi crop, but adequate arrangements for fertilizer do not seem to be being made.

Chief Minister has reviewed

Farmers say that they will be forced to buy fertilizers from private shops at expensive prices. Here, a day before, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had organized a meeting in the ministry. During this period, CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan himself reviewed the fertilizer system. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan was told by the officers that there was sufficient fertilizer, but the long lines of fertilizer at the cooperative centers are exposing the claims of the officers.
