Florida District Judge Eileen Cannon dismissed the criminal case accusing Trump of illegally possessing classified documents. While hearing the case, the district judge said, “Jack Smith has no right to fight the case.” In his 90-page decision, the judge said, “Jack Smith was appointed for this case in violation of the Constitution.” However, the judge did not comment on whether Trump had kept the classified documents illegally or not.
