NEET 2024: The IMA Junior Doctors Network, in a letter to the NTA, highlighted the alleged irregularities and anomalies observed in the recently held NEET exam.

He said re-examination has also been requested “to ensure a fair and transparent assessment process for all students.”

The letter said “that some students have scored 718 and 719 marks, which is statistically doubtful.”

“There is no defined rationale for the grace marks given to these students. No list has been shared as per the grace marks given to the students,” the letter reads.

Apart from this, the doctors’ organization also alleged that the NEET 2024 paper was leaked at many places but why no action has been taken yet.

The letter also said, “Many students received different marks on their scorecards than on their OMRs. Moreover, a total of 67 students scored a full 720 out of 720 marks, which is highly suspicious. This never happened. Usually, only three to four students score such marks.”

Further said, “We demand a CBI inquiry into the above irregularities in NEET 2024. We also request a re-examination to ensure a fair and transparent evaluation process for all students. The future of India’s education system depends on the integrity and fairness of such important examinations. We trust that you will consider our plea seriously.”
