Research on 347 obese people
Actually, the professor did a research on 347 obese people. Divided them into two parts. Half the people have been asked to take anti diet plan. Their blood sugar, cholesterol, body fat and intestinal samples were tested. After this an anti diet plan was prepared. 12 lakh food items were rated from 1 to 100. It was observed that when an obese person consumes these substances, how his body reacts. It was found that those who followed the anti-diet plan, their waistline reduced by two inches. His average weight decreased by 3 kg. There was a decline in cholesterol levels. Sleep pattern improved. Felt less hungry also. The most important thing is that there was no weakness in the body at all. That means overall improvement was visible.
