She has given many instructions. She said that the officers should ensure that if any quality related complaint is received in the construction work during the defect liability period, then the concerned contractor should immediately rectify it.
He said that many times such complaints are received that the road got damaged just a few days after construction. There should be regular monitoring of the quality of work through local officials. Instructions have been given to take strict action against those concerned in case of any kind of negligence in construction work. Due to the code of conduct being in place, the work of roads etc. could not be done. Therefore, now the work of those departments and ministries has been started rapidly.

Keep an eye on waterlogging and road cuts
He reviewed the progress of various under-construction bridges and other construction works including National Highway, State Highway, MDR, rural roads, other roads. He has instructed to identify accident prone areas on National Highway and coordinate with NHAI officials to resolve them. The rainy season has begun. If there is a complaint of waterlogging and road cutting anywhere or local officials have such apprehension, then suitable arrangements should be made there in advance.
Emphasis on monitoring by staying in the field
He has instructed the officials to ensure regular monitoring of their areas through field officials. He instructed to complete the budget announcements and other announcements within the stipulated time with full quality. It is worth noting that Finance Minister Diya Kumari is going to present the budget of Rajasthan in July itself.
