Farmers will protest against the authority today regarding leaseback, ten percent land plot and population and other issues. Farmers will come with ration and water and will leave only after getting their demands fulfilled. Farmers say that they were assured to fulfill their demands, but the authority is not taking any notice after sending it to the government. Election code of conduct will be imposed soon. In such a situation their problems will not be solved.
District President of Kisan Sabha, Dr. Rupesh Verma said that it has been decided to hold an indefinite strike from January 30. The morcha will be removed only when the farmers’ issues are finally resolved. To mobilize more and more farmers in the movement, public relations are being done by going from village to village.
traffic diverted
A Mahapanchayat has been called outside Greno Authority on Tuesday under the leadership of All India Kisan Sabha. Due to this, traffic has been diverted on 130 meter road and other nearby routes.
The traffic police has issued an advisory in this regard late Monday evening. In which the Greater Noida Authority has been asked to divert traffic on other routes of Greno including Dadri, Tilapata, Surajpur, Sirsa, Rampur, Fatehpur. Drivers will be able to travel towards their destination using alternative routes.
