Due to rain in the capital, people are feeling cold in the morning and evening. Along with night, day temperature is also decreasing. Monsoon departure is also near. In such a situation, cold has started to set in. On Thursday, the maximum temperature was recorded two degrees below normal at 32 and the minimum temperature was four degrees below normal at 21.1 degrees.
