Delhi Metro Bike Taxi: Delhi Metro is no less than a lifeline for the people living in and around Delhi. Be it going to school-college, going to office or going from Noida to Gurgaon for any other work etc. For this people prefer to go by metro. Apart from the convenience of AC in summer, when you travel by metro, you travel jam free and reach your destination on time.

Not only this, Delhi Metro also provides many facilities to its passengers. Like, e-tickets and now in the same sequence Delhi Metro Rail Corporation i.e. DMRC started the facility of bike taxi. Through this, you can travel till your home after getting down from the metro, but do you know how much is its fare and at which stations you are getting this facility?   • Janakpuri West
  • Dwarka turn
  • Millennium City Center Gurugram
  • Dwarka Sector-21
  • Dwarka Sector-10
  • Dwarka Sector-14
  • Uttam Nagar East
  • Rajouri Garden
  • Palam Metro Station
  • Kirti Nagar
  • Karol Bagh
  • Subhash Nagar.

At present, you can avail ride facility from these 12 metro stations. But later on they will be started at all metro stations.


Special facility for women

  • In the bike taxi started by Delhi Metro, special attention has been paid to women. For this, a taxi named Sheryds has been run only for women. Yes, only women will be able to travel in this taxi and their riders will also be women, that is, no man will be the driver of these bike taxis.


  • Whereas, on the other hand, DMRC introduced another type of bike taxi named Rider. Anyone can use this taxi i.e. male or female. At the same time, both these bike taxis are equipped with GPS chip, so that they can be tracked if needed.

  • If you want to travel by this bike taxi, then for this you will have to pay at least Rs 10 fare and after that for 2 kilometers you will have to pay Rs 10 per kilometer. After this you will be charged Rs 8 for every kilometer
