The Delhi High Court may pronounce its order on Monday on the bail plea of Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) leader Kavitha in the corruption and money laundering cases linked to the alleged liquor policy scam.
Justice Swarnakanta Sharma had reserved her order on both the bail applications of Kavita on May 28. According to the information, she can announce her decision on Monday at 2.30 pm.
Kavitha has challenged the trial court’s May 6 order rejecting her bail plea in the corruption case filed by the CBI and the ED money laundering case.
