Delhi Dwarka Firing and extortion case 2 accused looted bike after murder in Rohtak ANN

Delhi Crime News: The accused arrested in the Dwarka firing and extortion case have made a big revelation. According to the police, the accused had committed murder in Rohtak and looted a bike. Both the criminals had come to Delhi riding the looted bike. They had demanded extortion by firing at the property dealer’s office in Mohan Garden for two consecutive days. Both the accused were on the radar of Rohtak police in the murder case of the bike rider.

DCP Ankit Singh said that the first firing incident took place on May 31 at 3:30 pm. Both the criminals ran away after firing. They carried out the second firing incident the next day on June 1. Along with the firing, a pamphlet demanding extortion of Rs 1 crore was thrown at the property dealer’s office. The police investigating the case found out that both the criminals had reached the crime scene on a bike. The police identified the accused by scanning the CCTV footage installed around the crime scene.

The miscreants were identified by their clothes

The clothes of the miscreants riding on the bike were also identified. Both the suspects were seen riding a bike in Jharoda Kala. There was no number plate on their bike. The police’s suspicion deepened. After identifying the accused from their clothes, the police chased the miscreants riding the bike. On the narrow road, the police put a jeep behind the bike. After slipping from the bike, they started firing at the police.

Firing on police to escape

Head constable Dinesh had a narrow escape in the firing. The bullet passed near his ear. In retaliation, head constable Dinesh also fired a bullet. The police bullet hit the leg of a criminal. The police team caught the injured criminal after getting the chance. The other criminal tried to escape from the spot. Head constable Kuldeep along with other police personnel caught the other criminal who was running away.

The accused were identified as Veerpal alias Chhota alias Lal and Vicky alias Bhandar. Both are residents of Rohtak. Police also recovered two country-made pistols and five live cartridges from them. Rohtak police has also been informed about the arrest of the criminals.
