Atishi Latest News Delhi Chief Minister and senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi reached the sessions court of Rouse Avenue Court on Monday in a defamation case. He challenged in the sessions court the summons issued by the lower court in the defamation case filed against him by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. After this, Rouse Avenue Court issued summons to BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor on Atishi’s petition.
Now the next hearing of this case will be held on October 7 in Rouse Avenue Court. Atishi had appeared before the court on July 23 on the summons issued by the lower court. The court had granted bail to Atishi in this case.
BJP leader’s allegation
Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor had filed a defamation petition in Rouse Avenue Court. He has alleged that Atishi and Arvind Kejriwal had accused BJP of breaking the Aam Aadmi Party MLAs by paying them, which has tarnished the image of the party.
Before filing the petition in the court, BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor had said that Arvind Kejriwal and Atishi did not present any evidence to confirm their allegations. His allegations and claims against BJP are false.

Presently CM of Delhi and AAP leader Atishi He had accused the Bharatiya Janata Party that the party had lured him and many of its MLAs to join the BJP. He had also threatened to get arrested by the ED if he did not join the BJP.
