In a letter given to the Lieutenant Governor by the BJP MPs of Delhi, a demand has been made to resolve many issues of the national capital.
- After the death of farmers, their ancestral property should be mutated in the name of their heirs.
- The NOC sought from DDA and Delhi Municipal Corporation for installing electricity meters in Delhi should be cancelled.
- 361 roads were passed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi in the year 2007, which were to be notified by the Delhi Government. These roads should be notified under mixed band/commercial land use as soon as possible.

There was a provision to give compensation to the farmers in lieu of agricultural land along with an alternative residential plot and a shop for employment, but even after 20 years, these have not been given yet. The affected farmers should be allotted an alternative plot and a shop.

- Under the 20-point program, landless people should be given ownership rights on the land given for building houses and farming.
- The ownership rights of Nazul properties located in urban areas, Sadar, Paharganj, Karol Bagh etc. should be given to the current residents.
