SAFAR-Air
This app has been launched by the Earth Science Ministry of India. This app is available on Google Play Store as well as App Store. The ministry has prepared it in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, Pune. It tells the pollution level and air quality of metro cities of India. Which includes big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad. It can show information in Hindi, English, Marathi, and Gujarati. However, currently this app covers only limited areas.

This app is available on Google Play Store as well as App Store. It tells about the air quality of 94 countries. In this, along with real time data, forecast for the coming days is also shown. It tells you what pollutants are present in your area and where they are likely coming from. With the help of the app, prevention methods can be adopted.
