Diwali 2024: The festival of lights, Diwali, is celebrated with full enthusiasm all over the world. This time there is confusion among the people regarding this festival whether Diwali will be celebrated on 31st October or 1st November. Regarding this topic, ABP News talked to Kashi’s Vedacharya and astrology expert Pandit Sanjay Chaturvedi. Pandit Sanjay told that – Five different festivals of Prakash Parv Diwali are celebrated with pomp for 5 days. In this, mainly on the third day i.e. on the day of Diwali, people of all classes including householders, businessmen, Tantra-Mantra experts worship Lord Ganesha, Mata Lakshmi and Kuber Ji.
‘Stable ascendant is on 31st October’
Regarding Diwali festival, Pandit Sanjay Chaturvedi said that – Lord Ganesha, Mata Lakshmi and Kuber ji are worshiped during Pradosh period on Amavasya Tithi, which we celebrate as Diwali. There is only 20 minutes time for worship after sunset on 1st November. The auspicious time is ending at 5:13 pm on this day. Whereas the auspicious time of fixed ascendant of Taurus is on 31st October whose time period is 6:00 to 8:00. And on this date itself, worship of Lord Ganesha, Mata Lakshmi and Kuber Ji has special significance. That means clearly there is a stable ascendant on 31st October in which the worship of Ganesh ji, Lakshmi ji and Kuber ji can be done with sufficient time period. Apart from this, on this day itself, midnight in the fixed ascendant of Leo is the right time to worship by Sadhu, Saint, Yogi, Tantrik (people having knowledge of Tantra and Mantra).
