Samajwadi party MP Dharmendra Yadav News: The court has acquitted SP MP from Azamgarh Dharmendra Yadav in the violation of the code of conduct during the 2022 assembly elections in Badaun. The hearing of this case was going on in the MP-MLA court. Along with Dharmendra, 29 other workers and officials named in the case have also been acquitted.

SDM Sukhlal Prasad Verma had registered a case against SP MP Dharmendra Yadav for violating the code of conduct during the UP assembly elections in 2022. Since then, the hearing of this case was going on in the MP-MLA court. Today, on Friday (28 June), the SP MP has been acquitted while giving its verdict.

A case was filed against 29 people including Dharmendra Yadav

In the case against Dharmendra Yadav, it was mentioned that during the elections, Dharmendra Yadav had called Shikshamitras and instructors in Badaun. He is accused of trying to get votes by luring them. Police had filed a case against 29 people including SP’s Azamgarh MP Dharmendra Yadav on the same charges. Since then, this case was going on in the MP-MLA court. Today, the court has given its verdict in this case.

A case was filed on the complaint of SDM

Let us tell you that Dharmendra Yadav was charged with violation of the code of conduct and sections of the Disaster Management Act including the Covid Act. A case was registered against the SP MP on the complaint of Badaun Sadar SDM Sukhlal Prasad Verma, who was the returning officer of the UP Assembly elections 2022. In this, sections were imposed against 29 people including the SP leader.

These 29 people were acquitted by the court

In the case of violation of code of conduct in Badaun, SP MP from Azamgarh Dharmendra Yadav, Rais Ahmed, Fakhre Ahmed Shobhi, Ranjit Yadav, Satendra Pal Singh, Virendra Singh, Shailendra Kumar Rajput, Jitendra Sharma, Anand Maurya, Anand Maurya, Firoz, Charan Singh Sagar, Elka Singh Yadav, Ramveer Singh, Munendra Pal Singh, Vinod Rathore, Dinesh Chaudhary, Avneet Saxena, Phoolmati Rajiv Kumar Singh, Satish Chandra, Rawendra Kumar Yadav, Manoj Kashyap, Aneek Pal Yadav, Ram Balram, Brajlal Shakya, Babu Singh, Sunil Yadav, Ajmat Ali have been acquitted.
