Varanasi: The test series between India and Bangladesh will start in Chennai from September 19. Even before this series, a controversy has arisen over it. There has been a demand to cancel this test series from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s parliamentary constituency Varanasi. Hindu organizations have written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding this and have demanded the cancellation of this test series.

Hindu organizations Hindu Jan Jagrukta Sangathan and Vishwa Hindu Sena are opposing this. Actually, Hindu organizations are angry with the continuous atrocities on Hindus and attacks on temples in Bangladesh. Due to this anger, a protest was held demanding Prime Minister Narendra Modi to cancel this test series between Bangladesh and India. Chief of Vishwa Hindu Sena Arun Pathak said that until the violence against Hindus in Bangladesh does not stop, India should not maintain sports and entertainment relations with Bangladesh.

Dharna at PM Public Relations Office

The workers of Hindu Jan Jagruti Sangathan were going to PM Modi’s parliamentary public relations office regarding this test match. But the police stopped all the workers before the parliamentary office. Nilay Pathak of Hindu Jan Jagruti Samiti said that after the fall of Sheikh Hasina’s government in Bangladesh, minority Hindus are being continuously attacked, which is absolutely wrong.

The series will start from September 19

Let us tell you that a two-match Test series will be played between India and Bangladesh from September 19. The first Test cricket match will be held at Chennai’s Chepauk Stadium from September 19 to 23, while the second match is to be held at Kanpur’s Green Park Stadium.
